I saw a shocking and educational video on Glenn Beck last night about the truth of the housing downturn--it ain't NEARLY as bad as people would have you believe! Watch this video and see for yourself (pay close attention toward the end--you see just how much farther we have to fall before it becomes a "downward spiral").
This video makes the "downward spiral" more of an expectations problem on the part of everyone involved in making money from housing, rather than a societal problem.
