This doesn't involve pasta in any way, shape, or form--it does involve a julienne slicer and some carrots, zucchini, eggplant, or whatever you have around to make your "noodles" from.
After julienne slicing your chosen veggies, steam them until they are limp enough to add to soups, "spaghetti", stir-fry, etc.
